What you'll learn

MMA at every level.

For the Beginner

MMA isn't one skill, it's the integration of three. Before mixing, master the parts, most beginners start with boxing or wrestling to build a base, then layer in the rest.

STRIKING RANGE: Boxing hands and kickboxing kicks: stance, guard, distance

GRAPPLING RANGE: Wrestling takedowns and BJJ positions, control before submission

STARTING TO INTEGRATE: Simple transitions: strike to clinch, clinch to takedown

Safe introduction to each range individually

Structured S&C to prepare your body for the full sport

For the Intermediate

Now the ranges start talking to each other.

Dirty boxing in the clinch: short hooks, elbows, head position battles

Sprawl-and-brawl, takedown defence chained with counter-striking

Submission defence from guard and escapes from disadvantageous positions

Cage-assisted techniques: using the fence to stand, break grips, reset

Ground-and-pound from mount, side control, and back positions

Live MMA sparring with controlled intensity and integrated conditioning

For the Competitor

Every range sharp. Every gap closed.

Cage cutting: controlling cage position, denying retreat, creating angles

MMA submission chains, transitioning between submissions under strike threat

Five-round championship conditioning, energy system work for 25-minute fights

Opponent-specific game planning: film study, matchup analysis, tactical adjustments

Fight camp periodisation: peaking strength, volume tapers, active recovery

Weight cut protocols, hydration strategy, and fight-night corner work

Strength & Conditioning

Every MMA athlete here trains S&C. Non-negotiable at every level. An MMA athlete's body takes more stress than any other sport, we build bodies that last camps, not just classes.

Is MMA suitable for complete beginners?+

Yes. Our beginner track starts at zero, stance, breakfall, the basic four-range model (out-fighting, mid-range, clinch, ground). No prior martial arts experience needed. Coach Kantharaj has personally trained dozens of complete beginners into competent amateur fighters.

Who teaches the MMA classes?+

Coach Kantharaj Agasa, pioneer of Indian MMA on the global stage. 13 professional wins, most international pro fights by any Indian fighter. Fought in ONE Championship, Brave CF, UAE Warriors, SFL, MFN, and Kumite 1 League. NIS Patiala Diploma in Judo (First Division). Profiles on Sherdog, Tapology, ONE Championship.

Do I need to be in shape first before joining MMA?+

No. Conditioning is built through training. We do not turn people away for not being "fit enough", that's our job. Most members lose 5–10 kg in their first three months without doing a single dedicated cardio session.

What does an MMA class actually cover?+

Integrated striking (boxing, kickboxing, knees, elbows), grappling (wrestling takedowns, BJJ control), and ground game (submissions, escapes, ground-and-pound defence). Not separate classes glued together, proper MMA where every range connects to the next. Plus dedicated S&C as part of the programme.

Do you do live sparring? Is it safe?+

Yes: controlled, progressive sparring is part of every level above pure beginner. Beginners do positional drilling and light technical sparring first. Hard sparring is opt-in and only for members preparing for amateur or professional fights. Mouthguards and headgear mandatory. We have not had a serious injury in over 18 months.

Can I train MMA for fitness without wanting to fight?+

Yes, most members train this way. You get the technical depth and physical conditioning of fight prep without the competition pressure. Sparring intensity scales with your goals.
