Animal Flow is a ground-based movement practice that builds mobility, coordination, and raw bodyweight strength. Led by certified instructors as part of your S&C program — designed by a performance coach with an MSc from Setanta College. Most places charge extra for Animal Flow. Here, it's included.

Wrist mobilisations — preparing the joints for ground work

Activations — Beast, Crab, Ape — the three base positions

Traveling forms — Underswitch, Side Kickthrough, Scorpion, Front Kickthrough

Switches — the connective tissue between every flow

Level 2 — Flow Development

Call-and-response flows — coach-led sequences with real tempo

Combining forms into continuous movement

Advanced transitions — Front Step Through, Reverse Underswitch

Coach Spoorthi Nagraj — Animal Flow Level 1 certified. Specialises in functional movement, women's health, and coordination-led strength. Supported by Coach Manoj for beginner sessions.
