You've never worn a gi. That's where we start.

Rei (bowing), dojo etiquette, and the spirit of Judo

Ukemi - the art of falling safely (the foundation of all Judo)

Fundamental throws - O-soto-gari, Ippon-seoi-nage, O-goshi

Kumi-kata (gripping) and Kuzushi (balance breaking)

For the Intermediate

You know the throws. Now we build the judoka.

Advanced throws - Uchi-mata, Harai-goshi, Tai-otoshi, Sasae-tsurikomi-ashi

Gokyo no Waza - introduction to Kodokan’s 40 classical throws in five pedagogical groups

Renraku-waza (combinations) and Kaeshi-waza (counters)

Ne-waza - Osaekomi (holds), Shime-waza (chokes), Kansetsu-waza (joint locks)

Randori - respectful live Judo practice with progressive intensity

Tactical gripping - dominant grips, disrupting opponent patterns

Transition work - standing to ground, keeping the advantage

For the Competitor

You want to compete. We prepare you for the shiai mat.

Shiai (competition) preparation - IJF rules, scoring, match strategy

Tokui-waza - developing your signature throw to tournament level

Advanced ne-waza and fast transition work from standing

Golden score scenarios, shido management, clock awareness

Weight category strategy and safe weight management

Mental preparation - focus, recovery, match-day routines
