Bespoke Modality Mixing: You aren't locked into one style. Mix Yoga, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Muay Thai, or Animal Flow.
Comprehensive 90-Minute Sessions: Every session is an intensive 90 minutes, giving you the time needed for thorough warm-ups, focused skill development, and proper recovery.
